Rose Garden

The Rose Garden is easily one of the most beautiful parks in all of Iowa. With hundreds of roses and beautiful stone walkways it is hard to go wrong here. I love it after a rainstorm because all the beauty of the park is settled nicely along the paths so no mud to walk through. Late fall they do wrap the roses to protect them from the elements so it does limit the look of the area in winter but there are several other areas that make it a winner all year. This is a busy park typically and is a fall beauty so be prepared to see other families enjoying the park or doing photos as well.
